directions: 1 optavia chewy chocolate chip cookie fueling 6 ozs. dannon light & fit greek yogurt plain or vanilla** mix well. refrigerate. counts as 1 fuelings, and half a leaner option thank goodness i found optavia! my mind started repeating stop. challenge. choose. i then knew if i was going to get home and not eat a donut (or 2) i had to replace the urge with a healthy choice. i opted to make my favorite optavia chocolate chip pancake into my own “donut/cupcake” and add reduced fat whipped cream cheese to the middle. i did it! i am so glad i did. sure a donut would not kill me but it would delay my goals. as a result, i received many questions about how i make the optavia pancake into a “donut” or more like i refer to as a “cupcake”. i am happy to share my recipe. ingredients: 1 optavia chocolate chip pancake fueling 1 packet of splenda 1 individual stick of splenda flavors of coffee in french vanilla 4 tbsp of water 1 tbsp reduced fat whipped cream cheese directions: donut/cupcake mix well the fueling, half packet of splenda, 1/2 of splenda flavors of coffee in french vanilla stick, and water. let sit for a few minutes. mix well again. microwave 1 ½ minutes. let cool. icing: in the meantime mix the 1 tbsp of reduced fat whipped cream cheese, other half of splenda, and other half of the splenda flavors of coffee in french vanilla stick. counts as 1 healthy fueling, and 3 condiments. above was my breakfast today. so yummy and moist! oh no, that would be too unrealistic. what i am recommending is one habit change a week. and what better day to share these than #transformationtuesday . one of the best habit transformations you can make is committing to a daily journal or planner. writing everything down is key to reaching your 2017 health goals!!!
